Shipping Policy
US Orders - Free Shipping:
All orders placed on the Sensational Home Decor Shop using a US shipping address will receive a complementary shipping which may take up to 30 days depending on product availability. Please allow 1-2 days for your order to process, we are working hard to get your beautiful product to you.
Express Shipping/ Rush Orders: Need your product urgently? Please, email us at sales@sensationalhomedecor for rates on expedited shipment to ensure you receive your product by your desired time.
International Orders:
International buyers often qualify for complimentary shipping but delivery time may take longer. Please bare with us.
How to check the status of your order:
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven't received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@sensationalhomedecor.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges:
We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery. If the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@sensationalhomedecor.com with your order number and a photo of the item's damaged condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
